I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area as a researcher and consultant.
I assist with change processes in emerging and established organizations. Specifically, I focus on improving effectiveness and efficiency of how people interact with each other and with objects (such as social media and online project management systems) over time.
I work with organizations at the intersections of strategy, technology, innovation, and the digital space.
I have published peer-reviewed research articles in Journal of Communication, Communication Monographs, and Social Media + Society and authored contributions to the Encyclopedia of Corporate Reputation and The Handbook of Communication and Corporate Reputation (more on my Research tab).
