About Kristen
Kristen specializes in mixed methods research, design thinking, and strategic alignment of product and business goals. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and has driven innovative products from major technology companies. She speaks regularly at industry-leading research conferences.
Kristen is currently a Senior User Experience Researcher at Snowflake. Before that, she was the first Principal Researcher at Reddit, where she was also the first Head of Research, and she led PayPal's global mid-market and large enterprise research portfolio.
Kristen holds a Master's from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master's and PhD from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California, and served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Kentucky. She guest lectures at several universities, including the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Michigan.
